OVERVIEW
Cloud Coach makes use of Field Sets, allowing each org to customize what data is shown and where. Field Sets allow for different combinations of Fields to be displayed and can be both Managed and Custom Fields on the Managed Objects. They’re easy to edit and do not require custom coding knowledge to use, so they’re a great solution to allow admins to make a change on the fly to improve a page layout for Users.
While there are several Field Sets that come with Cloud Coach, you have the option to create more. The Field Sets listed below with a (*) beside it are custom options that you will need to create in your org. The most important thing to remember when creating custom Filed Sets is to use the API Name(s) we have listed below.

Additional Notes for Tickets Field Sets: If you create Record Types for your Tickets, you are able to create custom Field Sets for each Record Type. In order for those Field Sets to work correctly, the API Name for the Field Set Must include the API of the Record Type, followed by one of our custom API Names:

- ccsidepanel
Side Panel Example: You could create a Record Type for Tickets called Change Request. Then you could a Field Set for the side panel to show different Fields than the other Record Types using the API name: change_request_ccsidepanel

If another Record Type is created, this Field Set is the Default for the column Headers. If you create a Custom Field Set for each Record Type, that will override this Field Set.
