Question: The loading icon on the ‘Assignments’ tab of my Timecard keeps endlessly spinning. How do I fix that issue?

Answer: It’s likely a permission issue. In order for Assignments to properly load, users must have Read/Create access to the Allocation, Allocation Group, and Allocation Summary objects. This is a common issue if your organization uses custom permission sets or profile level security.

Question: I have a user whose Timecard does not load at all. Any idea what is happening?

Answer: The most common cause of this issue is a duplicate Timesheet. Occasionally a duplicate Timesheet will spawn during a user’s initial time entry of the week. Simply delete the duplicate (it will be the one without any time entries) and that should resolve the error.
